Harmattan City Institute of Welding and Fabrication (HCIWF)
The Harmattan City Institute of Welding and Fabrication (HCIWF) was established in 2025 as a non-profit organization limited by guarantee. Located in Harmattan City, Oye, Ekiti, the institute was founded to provide world-class vocational education and hands-on training in welding and fabrication. HCIWF is an initiative of the Harmattan City Think Tank Group, aligning with the 2075 vision of making the city a hub for industrial and technical excellence.
HCIWF is owned and governed by the members of the Oye communittee, who are either directors or subscribers, who envisioned a future where skilled professionals drive economic growth and technological advancement in Nigeria and beyond.
